201309549 (iii) any other injury or damage to, or decrease in value of, the Trust Property or any part thereof (all of the foregoing being hereinafter sometimes referred to, collectively, as the "Condemnation Awards", or singularly a "Condemnation Award"), and of the reasonable counsel fees, costs and disbursements, if any, incurred by the Trustee in connection with the collection of such Condemnation Award.; F. Insurance Proceeds Any and all payments, proceeds, settlements or other compensation heretofore made (but not yet received by the Trustor) or hereafter made, including any interest thereon, and the right to receive the same, from any and all insurance policies covering the Trust Property or any part thereof; G. Other Contracts All of the Trustor's rights, options, powers and privileges in and to (but not the Trustor's obligations and burdens under) all contracts for operation and maintenance of, or provision of services or supplies to, the Trust Property (including, without limitation, any all sewer taps and allocations, agreements for utilities, bonds and the like,all relating to the Trust Property);
