The Trustor hereby requests a copy of any notice of default and any notice of sale hereunder be mailed to the Trustor at the Trustor's address set forth in the first paragraph of this Deed of Trust. 3.14 Conflicts. Notwithstanding anything in this Deed of Trust to the contrary (other than the preceding sentence), if any conflict or inconsistency exists between this Deed of Trust and the Loan Agreements, or any other Financing Document,as applicable,shall govern and control. While hereby expressly reserving the priority of this Deed of Trust as established by law,the Trustee and the Beneficiary hereunder request that a copy of any notice of default and any notice of sale under any deed of trust recorded against the Property either prior to, or subsequent to the date this Deed of Trust is recorded be mailed to each at the addresses set forth in the first paragraph of this Deed of Trust. THE TRUSTOR REPRESENTS, CERTIFIES, WARRANTS AND AGREES THAT THE TRUSTOR HAS READ ALL OF THIS DEED OF TRUST AND UNDERSTANDS ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED OF TRUST.
