Premises. Landlord and Tenant have entered into that certain Grain Facility Lease,dated as <br /> of t4 0 Utth aan ,2013(the"Lease"),for the improved real property legally described on attached Exhibit A. <br /> 2. Term.The Lease shall be for a term of ninety nine(99)years commencing on the Effective <br /> Date(as defined in the Lease). <br /> 3. Option. Landlord hereby grants Tenant an option to purchase the Premises under the terms <br /> and conditions as set forth in the Lease. <br /> 3. Additional Terms and Conditions.
