This Modification pertains to that certain Deed of Trust and Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement with Assignment of Rents and Leases dated as of June 6, 2008, executed by Trustor to WELL FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL BANK, as Trustee, in favor of Beneficiary, and recorded on June 9, 2008, as Instrument (Serial) No. 0200804918, in Book (Reel) , at Page (Image) , of the Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska ("Deed of Trust"), with respect to the real property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. or are to be incurred which are to be secured b B. Certain additional obligations have been o by the Deed of Trust, and Trustor and Beneficiary have agreed to modify the Deed of Trust to reflect said additional obligations as secured thereby.
