Borrower is the trustor under this Security <br />Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.. Lender is a National Banking Association organized <br />and existing under the laws ofthe United States. Lender's address is 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, <br />OH 43240 . Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 3, 2013. The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender ninety four thousand five hundred and 00 /100 Dollars (U.S. <br />$94,500.00) plus interest.
