MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Page 1 Paragraph 1 of said Deed of Trust is modified to read: CORNE-89FONE- BANIL.,,w,hose address is 529 LINCOLN AVENUE, YORK NE 68467 (referred to below as "Trustee ") _. The definition of "Trustee" on page 7 of said Deed of Trust is modified to read" ,.CORNERSTONE BANK, whose address is 529 LINCOLN AVENUE, YORK, NE 68467 and any subs'itute or sueeeecoc1rusteed7 ^ ' The definition of "Borrower" on page 7 of said Deed of Trust is modified to read "Ross Properties, LLC, Jeffrey L. Ross and Mary J. Ross and includes all co- signers and co- makers signing the Note and all their successors and assigns." CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
