<br /> regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br /> 2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Jerry L Rapp, Jr, An Unmarried Person, and Tammy L McHugh, An Unmarried Person,
<br /> as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka
<br /> The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings
<br /> Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 28, 1995, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 95-106570, has been paid, and the
<br /> Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br /> as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
