<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 1, 2012,
<br />executed by Rick J. Schultz and Jodi R. Schultz; Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK,
<br />York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded July 2, 2012 in Instrument No.
<br />201205363 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the
<br />estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2 NW 1/4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 97- 101151 and except a tract of land more particulary
<br />described as follows: A tract of land consisting of part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 21, Township
<br />12 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said NW1 /4, said point also being the point of beginning; then on an
<br />assumed bearing of N 90* 00' 0" E along the North Line of said NW 1/4 a distance of 1142.15; thence S 00 °00' 00" E
<br />a distance of 143.04 feet; thence S 22° 14' 48" E a distance of 267.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" W a distance of
<br />1245.31 feet to a point on the West line of said NW1 /4; thence N 00° 18' 19" E along said West line a distance of
<br />390.17 feet to the point of beginning
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to
<br />be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Senior Vice President of Cornerstone Bank and has caused its corporate seal to be
