<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Lender under the
<br />Assignment of Rents dated October 14, 2011 executed by JBK Apartments LLC,
<br />Grantor, in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named as Lender, and recorded
<br />October 18, 2011, as Instrument No. 0201107794, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by a Deed of Trust dated October 14,
<br />2011 been fully paid and that such Assignment of Rents have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Lender, for cancellation:
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Assignment
<br />of Rents, the undersigned, as Lender, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the Estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under the Assignment of Rents in the following described Real Estate to-
<br />wit:
<br />Parcel A: The East thirty (30) Feet of Lot Five (5), and all of Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and
<br />Eight (8), Block Fourteen (14), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Parcel B: the West Thirty -Six (36) Feet of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Fourteen (14), Lambert's Addition and the Easterly Forty (40) Feet of the Southerly One
<br />Hundred Thirty -Two (132) Feet of Vacated Superior Street Between 5th and 6 Street to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
