REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br /> Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> 1. MATURITY DA'Z'E. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO JUNE 1,2014. <br /> 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br /> Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br /> Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br /> indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date <br /> first noted above. <br />
