<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Danielle L Phillips, A Single
<br />Person to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated July 31, 2007, and recorded July 31, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200706523 (or in Book Number Page Number ) has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), H. Bremers Subdivision, being a re- subdivision of the West Fifty Five (55)
<br />feet of Lot Three (3) and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), and the East Sixteen (16) feet of Lot
<br />Seven (7) and the West Forty Four (44) Feet of Lot Eight (8), and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven
<br />(11) and Twelve (12) of Block One (1), of First Artistic Homes Addition, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 218 W Phoenix, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
