<br /> the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Marie Delia Romero
<br /> Aguillon a/k/a Maria Delia Romero Aguillon,Jaime A.Cervantes,John Doe and Jane Doe,real names and marital
<br /> status unknown, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br /> foreclose a deed of trust given by said Marie Delia Romero Aguillon a/k/a Maria Delia Romero Aguillon, an
<br /> unmarried woman,to Eric Lindquist,as Trustee,for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,Inc.solely as nominee
<br /> for United Wholesale Mortgage, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter
