<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JEFFREY
<br /> W. PERRY, a single person, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of the
<br /> Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of DANIEL R. PURDY and ANNETTE
<br /> L. PURDY, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 9, 2009, and
<br /> recorded October 13, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Document No. 0200908156, has been satisfied; and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br /> that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br /> grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br /> estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described
<br /> premises, but only as to such premises:
<br /> The Southerly Seventy-five {75) feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Six (6), in Bonnie
<br /> Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br /> premises.
