The trustee is First American <br />Title Insurance Company whose address is 503 West Koenig Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 ( "Trustee "). <br />The beneficiary is Lutheran Church Extension Fund - Missouri Synod whose address is 10733 Sunset Office <br />Drive, Suite 300, Saint Louis, Missouri 63127 ( "Lender "), which is organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of Missouri.
