<br /> States mail,postage prepaid,shall be the date of the giving of such notice. Any bill,statement,
<br /> - or communication,or notice provided for in this Agreement,which Grantors may give to Grant-
<br /> - ees shall also be sufficiently given if delivered to Grantees personally or left at the Grantees' last
<br /> _ � known residence with a person of suitable discretion and the date of suah deliver shall be deemed
<br /> the dute of giving of such notice.
