EXHIBIT E <br />GENERAL CRITERIA FOR WALLS AND FENCES <br />A. REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT SCREENING WALLS <br />201309222 <br />Pool equipment and water feature equipment screening walls on Lots shall be four feet (4') <br />maximum height and shall be constructed of vinyl fencing that provides screening of the <br />equipment and ensures that it is not Visible From Neighboring Property. <br />From time to time, the Design Review Committee may designate other materials as approved <br />equals. If you have any questions regarding approved equals, please contact the Design <br />Review Committee. <br />Landscaping wire may be used around plants to deter damage from wildlife population, <br />under the following conditions. <br />• Wire must be at least 14 gauge and be able to stand without the need for staking. <br />• Wire must be painted either Moss or Hunter Green, or Buff if attached to wrought <br />iron fencing. <br />• Wire may not exceed eighteen inches (18 ") in height. <br />B. PROHIBITED MATERIALS FOR WALLS AND FENCES <br />- Wood - Chain -link - Split -rail - Chicken Wire <br />- All other materials as deemed "unapproved" at the discretion of the Design Review <br />Committee. <br />Page 67 of 68 <br />
