Pets must stay in their own yards and shall not be left outside unattended. Pets must be kept on a <br />leash at all times when not on the Owner's or Resident's Lot. Pet owners shall deter their pets <br />from barking or making loud noises and shall be responsible for any barking or any other noise <br />that constitutes a nuisance. No dog house shall be erected or placed on any Lot. A dog house <br />must be integrated in an ancillary structure (storage shed) on the Lot. Damage to any Lot caused <br />by pets shall be repaired immediately by the pet owner at the pet owner's expense. If pets are <br />walked, the pet owner is required to clean up all pet droppings immediately. Notwithstanding <br />anything contained in this Section to the contrary, no more than two pets shall be allowed to be <br />kept on any Lot at any time. <br />The Board may adopt rules and regulations further restricting and governing animals <br />within the Project. <br />4.13 Machinery and Equipment. <br />(i) <br />201309222 <br />No machinery or equipment of any kind shall be placed, operated, or maintained upon or <br />adjacent to any Lot, except such machinery or equipment as is usual and customary in <br />connection with residential use of property or necessary for the construction of a Residence, <br />building, structure, or other Improvement on the Lot. <br />4.14 Sianaae. <br />Posting of signs of any kind (including posters, circulars, and billboards) is prohibited, <br />except those required by law and the following: <br />See Exhibit F for Real Estate "For Sale" Sign Specifications. <br />(a) One DRC- approved real estate "For Sale" sign may be placed in the front yard <br />only of a Residence, subject to the following limitations: <br />The sign shall be installed such that the top of the sign is no more than <br />thirty-six inches (36 ") above ground level and shall be placed <br />perpendicular to the curb or sidewalk a minimum of eighteen inches (18 ") <br />therefrom. <br />(ii) No corner signs are permitted. <br />(iii) One single six inch by twenty -four inch (6" x 24 ") double -sided rider in <br />matching color and print may be attached to the lower signpost, containing <br />broker's name, agent's name, and one phone number. <br />(iv) No advertising riders, balloons, banners, flags, or other promotional <br />material may be attached to the sign or Residence. <br />(v) No flyers, tubes, or containers may be attached to the sign. <br />(vi) Signs must be removed seven (7) days after close of escrow and may not <br />have a "Sold" rider attached. <br />(vii) No signs will be permitted in windows or on rear fences or any portion of <br />the body of the Residence. <br />Page 26 of 68 <br />
