<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to. said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,, in and to the following - described real property

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the "Trust
<br />Deed," executed by Bradley J Kelly, Trustee of the Bradley J Kelly Revocable Living Trust Dated
<br />May 6, 2005, as amended and Amber Kelly, Trustee of the Amber L Kelly Revocable Living
<br />Trust Dated May 6, 2005, as Amended, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated the 17 day of January, 2013, and recorded on the 28 day of January, 2013,
<br />recorded as instrument number 201300709, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
