Warren, Husband and Wife as Trustor, to <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & <br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 16 day of April, 2012, and recorded on <br />the 1 day of May, 2012, recorded as instrument number 201203415, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property <br />(as defined in Neb.
