ENCK, Husband and <br />Wife, hereinafter referred to as "Trustor ", and PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST <br />COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ". <br />WHEREAS, Trustor did execute a certain Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2013, and <br />recorded on April 12, 2013, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />201302914, which included an encumbrance of that real estate described as: <br />that secured a Promissory Note payable to the order of Lender in the total original principal <br />amount of Forty -Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty -Nine and 17/100 Dollars ($46,359.17); <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust provided that it also secured any and all modifications, <br />extensions, and renewals of such Promissory Note; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor has executed a Loan Modification and Extension Agreement <br />concurrently herewith for the purpose of modifying the payment terms and extending the <br />maturity of such Promissory Note; and <br />WHEREAS, Trustor and Lender hereby desire to amend the existing Deed of Trust <br />identified hereinabove to reflect the modification and extended maturity of the indebtedness <br />secured thereby, <br />CO XI <br />CD <br />--1 <br />0 <br />
