STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />} SS <br />1 <br />201309090 <br />Stephen J. Douglas, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states that he is the <br />Secretary /Treasurer of Piper's Glen Owners Association, a Nebraska Non - Profit Corporation, <br />organized to provide for maintenance, preservation and control of residential lots and <br />common areas within a certain tract of land described as Piper's Glen Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Pursuant to the By -Laws and Declarations of said Corporation an annual assessment fee is <br />assessed against the owners of lots in said Subdivision, all as provided in the Articles of <br />Incorporation and the Declaration, both on file with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />That Jose R. Alvarado and Alondra Yolanda Trevino Alvarado, husband and wife, are the <br />owners of Lot 204 N. Piper #3, Piper's Glen Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and members of said Piper's Glen Owners Association and subject to assessments as <br />determined by the Board of Directors of said Corporation. <br />That the Board of Directors of said Corporation has fixed the amount of assessment against <br />the above - described lot more than thirty (30) days prior to the annual assessment period and <br />notice of such assessment has been sent to the above -named owners as well as all other <br />owners; that more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since such assessment was made and <br />that the same has not been paid and that more than three (3) months have expired since the <br />amount of said assessment was determined and that the Board of Directors have heretofore <br />elected to declare that the entire delinquent assessment against said property in the sum of <br />Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy -Six Dollars and Eight Cents ($2,676.08) is now due and <br />payable, together with interest and costs as provided by said Declaration. <br />That a copy of this Notice of Lien is being mailed by certified, return receipt mail to the <br />above -named owners at their residence addressed as shown opposite their names, to wit:. <br />Jose R.
