MEHRING and MARILYN J. <br />MEHRING, husband and wife, hereinafter collectively referred to as `Borrower ", and GARY E. <br />SHOVLAIN and LINDA D. SHOVLAIN, husband and wife, hereinafter collectively referred to <br />as "Lender ". <br />WHEREAS, Borrower Donald D. Mehring previously executed a certain Deed of Trust <br />Note dated April 1, 2009 in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty Seven <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($137,750.00) (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Deed of Trust Note "); <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust Note is secured by a certain Deed of Trust dated April 1, <br />2009, and recorded April 2, 2009 as Instrument No. 200902412 in the records of the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the "Deed of Trust ") in <br />connection with the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), Shovlain Second Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, Borrower Donald D. Mehring and Lender have executed an Addendum to <br />the Deed of Trust Note dated November 15, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the "Addendum to <br />the Deed of Trust Note "), wherein in exchange for a payment from Borrower to Lender of Forty - <br />Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($45,000.00) the principal amount of the Deed of Trust Note <br />is reduced to Twenty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($25,000.00); <br />WHEREAS, Borrower and Lender hereby desire to amend the Deed of Trust to reduce <br />the amount secured by the Deed of Trust by reason of the Addendum to the Deed of Trust Note. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed: <br />1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing recitals are specifically incorporated in <br />and made a part of this Deed of Trust Modification Agreement by this reference. <br />
