This Security Instrument is <br />given to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and whose address is <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development, Attention: C&L Service Corp./ <br />Morris - Griffin Corp. 2488 E 81st Street, Suite 700, Tulsa, OK 74137 ( "Lender"). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of $3,692.82.
