Grantor covenants and <br />represents that: <br />THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL November 8, 2013 <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises aforesaid with all singular, the rights, privileges, <br />appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto said Grantee <br />and unto heirs and assigns forever; said Grantor covenanting that is lawfully seized of an <br />indefeasible estate in fee of the premises herein conveyed; and that it has good right to convey <br />the same; words and phrases herein, including acknowledgement hereof, shall be construed as in <br />the singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has set his /her hand on the date written as principal <br />and /or officer of Best Assets, Inc.
