<br />Lenear as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated August 22,
<br />2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page
<br />N/A or Instrument Number 200208849, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
<br />Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument Number N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
