Said Deed of Trust was <br /> assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan <br /> Stanley Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC2, Mortgage Pass-Through <br /> Certificates, Series 2006-NC2 on June 13, 2012 by assignment recorded on <br /> June 15, 2012 at Instrument No. 201204787 in the office of the Register <br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the <br /> trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br /> breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became <br /> due, or (2) pay taxes.
