<br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Thomas A Gibson and Waneta A Gibson, as Trustor(s), in which TierOne Bank, is named Beneficiary and
<br />TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on March 28, 2008 as Instrument No.
<br />0200802552 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which was modified by that
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust filed for record on July 2, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200805691 in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />811 W. 4` St, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />The Westerly Half of Lot Two (2) and all of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), all on Block Eighteen (18) in
<br />Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.

<br />federally chartered savings bank, by acquisition of assets from the FDIC as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which was
<br />closed by the Office of Thrift Supervision on June 4, 2010, Beneficiary and as Successor Trustee, to me known to
<br />be the identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and to have acknowledged the
<br />execution thereof to be the voluntary act and deed of such officer on behalf of the Bank.
