<br />Damon T. Bahensky, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
<br />1. That the Affiant is the attorney for Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Partnership, formerly known as Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership.
<br />2. That Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership, acquired title to the following
<br />described real property,,,
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WY2SWY4) of Section Twenty -three
<br />(23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6` P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />by a Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 0200505161 in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />3. That Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership, acquired title to the following
<br />described real property:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEV4NW %) of Section
<br />Twenty -three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less and excepting the following rectangular
<br />tract located in the southeast corner, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NE' /NWV4) of said Section Twenty -three (23), running thence
<br />northerly one hundred ninety -eight feet (198,0'); running thence westerly two
<br />hundred twenty feet (220.0'); running thence southerly one hundred ninety -
<br />eight feet (198.0'); running thence easterly two hundred twenty feet (220.0') to
<br />the point of beginning (said exception containing one (1) acre, more or less);
<br />by a Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 200507810 in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4. That Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership, is named as Beneficiary in a
<br />Deed of Trust that refers to the following described real property:
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W'�zNW'/) of Section Thirty -four (34),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly
<br />described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 150, Page 394 and Lot 1, R & R
<br />Peters Subdivision;
<br />and that is recorded as Instrument No. 201301267 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
