That Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership, acquired title to the following <br />described real property,,, <br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WY2SWY4) of Section Twenty -three <br />(23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6` P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />by a Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 0200505161 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />3. That Silver Oak Investments, a Nebraska Partnership, acquired title to the following <br />described real property: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEV4NW %) of Section <br />Twenty -three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less and excepting the following rectangular <br />tract located in the southeast corner, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NE' /NWV4) of said Section Twenty -three (23), running thence <br />northerly one hundred ninety -eight feet (198,0'); running thence westerly two <br />hundred twenty feet (220.0'); running thence southerly one hundred ninety - <br />eight feet (198.0'); running thence easterly two hundred twenty feet (220.0') to <br />the point of beginning (said exception containing one (1) acre, more or less); <br />by a Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 200507810 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4.
