May31, 2015 <br />(Customer Signature) <br />--A <br />r <br />SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT DISTRIBUTION LINE RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT <br />PO BOX 1687, GRAND ISLAND NE 68802 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Grand Island Economic Development Corporation for and in <br />consideration of the amount set forth in this easement, does hereby grant unto Southern Public Power District; a public corporation whose <br />post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, and to its successors or assigns; the right to enter upon the lands of the undersigned, situated <br />in the County of Hall , State of Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township; Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) <br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of said Section 13; thence N89 °26'46 "E (assumed bearing) along and upon <br />the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), a distance of 913.99 feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continued N01°01 '25"W <br />a distance of 1840.56 feet; thence N88 °42'29 "E a distance of 20.00 feet; thence S01 °01'25 "E a distance of 1840.81 feet; thence S89 °26'46 "W <br />a distance of 20.00 feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning. <br />Above party hereby grants permission as follows: Grant easement for Southern Public Power District to build overhead power lines inside said <br />easement. <br />And to place, construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon an electric distribution line, and to cut and trim trees <br />and shrubbery to the extent necessary to keep them clear of said electric line, and to cut down from time to time all dead, weak, leaning or <br />dangerous trees that are tall enough to strike the wires in falling. <br />In granting this easement it is understood that at pole locations, only a single pole will be used, and that the location of the poles will <br />be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not materially increase the cost of construction. Poles <br />and/or anchors are not to be installed more than two feet inside property line, except as following: Power poles and anchors to be installed <br />inside said easement. <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $1.00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
