Above party hereby grants permission as follows: <br />DO NOT WRITE ABOVE THIS LINE — FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS USE ONLY <br />SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT <br />34.5KV & 69KV TRANSMISSION LINE RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT, <br />PO BOX 1687 <br />GRAND ISLAND NE 68802 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS , that the undersigned ALLEN FARMS INC. for and in <br />consideration of the amount set forth in this easement, does hereby grant unto Southern Public Power District; a public <br />corporation whose post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, and to its successors or assigns; the right to enter upon <br />the lands of the undersigned, situated in the County of HALL , State of Nebraska and more particularly described <br />as follows: THE WESTERLY 2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SEC 24- 11N -12W 80.52 AC <br />GRANT EASEMENT ON AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTY WHERE SOUTHERN <br />POWER DISTRICT WILL INSTALL SINGLE POLE 69KV LINE <br />CNETERED ONE 1' INSIDE OF SAID EASEMENT <br />And to place, construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon an electric transmission line, and to <br />cut and trim trees and shrubbery to the extent necessary to keep them clear of said electric line, and to cut down from time <br />to time all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees that are tall enough to strike the wires in falling. <br />In granting this easement it is understood that at pole locations, only a single pole will be used, and that the <br />location of the poles will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not <br />materially increase the cost of construction. Poles and/or anchors are not to be installed more than two feet inside <br />property line, except as following: <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor placed on the lands of the <br />undersigned. Payment will be made after construction plans are final and number of poles and/or anchors can be <br />determined.
