<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Raymond E Harp and Mary Lou
<br />Harp, Husband and Wife to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated June 13, 2013, and recorded June 19, 2013, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201304897 (or in Book Number Page
<br />Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Property Regime and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments thereto, and subject to the Declaration,
<br />grants, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership
<br />of "B" Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, as set forth therein and of record as Instrument
<br /># 80- 006226, and any amendments thereto, all as contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3027 W Capital Ave #11, Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
