The Trustor(s) are MICHAEL TROXEL, whose address is 3415E Gregory <br />Avenue, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 ( "Borrower "). This Security Instrument is given to <br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and whose address is Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development, Attention: C &L Service Corp./ Morris - Griffin <br />Corp. 2488 E 81st Street, Suite 700, Tulsa, OK 74137 ( "Lender"). Borrower owes <br />Lender the principal sum of $3,561.56.
