<br /> • 1997,by and between Nebraska Truck Center,Inc.(the"Optionor"),and Overheac�Door

<br /> � The parties do hereby agree as follows:

<br /> 1. Grant of Option. For and in consideration of$500.0!1 paid by Optionee to
<br /> Optionor,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> � Optionor hereby grants to Optionee the exclusive opti�n to purchase the
<br /> : following parcel of land(the"Praperty")in accorclance with the terms and
<br /> conditions hereof

<br /> � (1),in Connell Industrial Pazk Second Subdivision,being a part of the East

<br /> 2 . Option Period. The option granted hereby shall begin on the date hereof and
<br /> shall end ut 5:00 p.m.on February 20, 1998.

<br /> � 3. Purchase Price. If the Optionee exercises the option,the purchase price for the

<br /> ��, � agents and contractors shall be permitted full access to the Property and
<br /> � �,j Optionee may conductt or have conducted,at its own expense,such
<br /> • investigation of the Premises as Optionee deems necessary or desirable,
<br /> '.� including but not limited to any environmental investigation.
