<br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by SSB
<br />Development, L.L.C., as Trustor(s), in which United Nebraska Bank is named Beneficiary and United Nebraska
<br />Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 10, 2004 as Instrument #0200404647
<br />in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />A tract of land located in Section 33, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the N1 /2 S1/2 NW1 /4 of Section 33, thence on an assumed bearing of S
<br />89 °26'23" E along the South line of said N1 /2 S1/2 NW1 /4 a distance of 41.87 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />thence continuing S 89 °26'23" E along said South line a distance of 2582.81 feet to a point being the Southeast
<br />corner of said N1 /2 S1/2 NW1 /4; thence S 01 °13'42" E along the East line of the S1 /2 S1 /2 NW1 /4 a distance of
<br />310.55 feet; thence S 89 °3025" W a distance of 2563.29 feet; thence N 11 °22'43" W a distance of 87.00 feet;
<br />thence N 01°53'22" W a distance of 272.65 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3700 S. Blaine, Grand Island NE 68801. The Real
<br />Property tax identification number is 400401711.
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
<br />Great Western Bank, a bank chartered under the laws of
<br />the State of South Dakota, successor in interest to the
<br />loans of TierOne Bank, a federally chartered savings
<br />bank [successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger)],
<br />by acquisition of assets from the FDIC as Receiver of
<br />TierOne Bank, which was closed by the Office of Thrift
<br />Supervision on June 4, 2010, Beneficiary and Great
<br />Western Bank, as Successor Trustee
<br />On this 24th day of October, 2013, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public duly commissioned and
<br />qualified for said county, personally came Bradley Bell, Vice President of Great Western Bank, a bank chartered
<br />under the laws of the State of South Dakota, successor in interest to the loans of TierOne Bank, a federally
<br />chartered savings bank [successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger)], by acquisition of assets from the FDIC
<br />as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which was closed by the Office of Thrift Supervision on June 4, 2010, Beneficiary
<br />and as Successor Trustee, to me known to be the identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing
<br />instrument, and to have acknowledged the execution ther , • f to be the voluntary ac and deed of such officer on
<br />behalf of the Bank.
