<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Blake J Schwartz and Elisabeth R
<br />Schwartz, Husband and Wife to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated March 22, 2013, and recorded March 27, 2013, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201302407 (or in Book Number Page
<br />Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3004 Lee St., Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
