<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by KATHLEEN A CAMPBELL, FKA KATHLEEN A ONIELL, AKA KATHY A ONEILL AND
<br /> HUNTER A H CAMPBELL, WIFE AND HUSBAND, AND JAMES J ONEILL AND JUDY K
<br /> ONEILL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br /> benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br /> GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER
<br /> 25, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br /> Document No. 98109358, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br /> this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
