<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, / 1�
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated November 30, 2011 & January 27, 2012 and executed by
<br />Monte J. and Loni S. Galvan, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, in Hall County, Nebraska on December 2, 2011 as Document # 201109081 & re -filed
<br />January 27, 2012 as Document # 201200719 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Woodland Park Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of October, 2013.
