Pfeifer, Beneficiary; and Jacquelyn E. Schlund, Trustor. <br /> WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br /> payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed,which was filed on November 1, <br /> 2012, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument No. <br /> 201209247 conveys to Trustee, John B.
