Aug. 11, 2013 <br />Thomas A Emerton <br />President <br />otary Public <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: 109.9' <br />Pathway Bank <br />PO Box 428 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James R <br />Ford Living Revocable Trust, James R Ford, Trustee and Louise M Ford Living Revocable <br />Trust, Louise M Ford, Trustee, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 19, <br />2006 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as <br />Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 18, 2006 in as <br />Instrument No. 0200604386 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original <br />stated indebtedness of $1,723,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary <br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6 P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, less a tract therefrom described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter, thence south on the east line of said Northeast Quarter 327.60 feet; thence <br />S89 °49'32" W a distance of 1,264.43 feet; thence north a distance of 327.6 feet; thence <br />N89 °49'32 "E on the north line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 1,264.43 feet to the point <br />of beginning; said tract containing 9.5 acres more or less of which 0.5 acres is state road right -of- <br />way and 0.9 acres is county road right -of -way. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 29th day of July, 2013. <br />Pathway Bank <br />FKA The State Bank of Cairo, Trustee <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 29th day of <br />July, 2013, by Thomas A Emerton, President for Pathway Bank, a Nebraska ; anking <br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />
