Wickman, Esq. <br />Kutak Rock LLP <br />1650 Farnam Street <br />Omaha, NE 68102 <br />Deed Of Reconvevance <br />Know All Men By These Presents: <br />THAT WHEREAS, FIRST - CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY, pursuant to an <br />Assignment from Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for United Western Bank, dated <br />August 24, 2012 and recorded as Instrument No. 201207712 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, is the beneficiary ( "Beneficiary ") under that certain Deed of Trust dated July 20, 2010, <br />recorded July 22, 2010 as Instrument No. 0201005095 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska (the "Deed of Trust "), executed by BOT Investments and Associates, LLC Of <br />Nebraska, as trustor, to Marg *J. Wickman, Esq., as trustee ( "Trustee ") pursuant to a Substitution of <br />Trustee recorded as Instrument No. 2103 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS, Beneficiary has authorized and directed Trustee to execute and deliver this <br />Deed of Reconveyance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned, as Trustee, DOES HEREBY GRANT, DEMISE, <br />RELEASE AND RECONVEY to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived <br />to Trustee by or through the Deed of Trust, in the property described in the Deed of Trust, as legally <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises, and releases the property from any and all liens, claims and <br />encumbrances arising under the Deed of Trust. <br />DATED: J , 2013 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Trustee has executed this Deed of Reconveyance to be effective <br />as of the date written above. <br />TRUSTEE: <br />Margo 11 Wickman, Esq., a Member of the <br />Nebraska State Bar Association <br />
