<br />Deed of Trust Dated October 5, 2012 executed by R. Ryan Hansen and Nicole
<br />Hansen, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska,
<br />is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded October 12,
<br />2012, as Instrument No 201208527, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid
<br />and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation:
