201308204 6. Reallocation of undistributed shares. If the Trustee has allocated a share for one of the Trustors' heirs who is unwilling to receive his or her share, the share of that heir shall be divided and distributed equally to the other trustees /survivors. 7. Termination of Trust after Final Distributions. After paying all of the Trust debts, liquidating the Trust assets, and distributing all of the Trust assets as provided in this section, Trustee's obligation shall cease and the Trust shall be deemed terminated. ARTICLE IV POWERS OF TRUSTEE Subject to the other provisions hereof, Trustee is authorized and empowered to manage and operate this Trust as follows: A. To invest the Trust Estate in any property, real, personal or mixed, in which any individual may invest his or her own funds. In making investment, Trustee shall exercise the judgment and care in the selection of the investment for purchase or acquisition which persons of prudence, discretion and intelligence exercise, not in regard to speculation, but in regard to the permanent disposition of their funds, considering the probable income as well as the probable safety of their capital. B. To sell, transfer, lease for terms within or beyond the term of the trust and for any purpose partition, subdivide, improve, repair, alter, mortgage, exchange and/or encumber all or any portion of the properties in the Trust in any manner and on may terms which Trustee shall, in Trustees' absolute discretion, deem to be for the best interests of the Trust and the beneficiaries thereof C. To receive and collect all proceeds, rents, income and accruals and claims of every kind payable to the benefit of the Trust. D. To deal with any indebtedness, liability or obligation due to or from the Trust which may at any time exist and in connection therewith, Trustee may make extensions, compromises, or other agreements relative thereto as appropriate in Trustee's judgment. E. To execute or enter into contracts, deeds, agreements or any other documents of any nature whatsoever which Trustee may deem necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions and purposes of the Trust.
