A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />THE MAXINE L. LANGE TRUST <br />ARTICLE I <br />ARTICLE II <br />20130820.1 <br />MAXINE L LANGE , hereinafter called the Trustor, hereby transfer and assign in <br />trust to MAXINE L. LANGE, hereinafter called the Trustee, the property described in the <br />Schedule A attached hereto. <br />All property now or hereafter subject to the provisions of this instrument shall be <br />held, managed and distributed as hereinafter provided. Said Trust is to be known as <br />"MAXINE L. LANGE TRUST." <br />Revocation, Amendment and Withdrawal. The Trustor, by a <br />written instrument filed with the trustees may modify, alter or <br />revoke this agreement in whole or in part and may withdraw any <br />property subject hereto; provided, however, the duties, powers and <br />liabilities of the Trustees shall not be substantially changed <br />without their written consent, except as to revocation or <br />withdrawal. <br />Income Payments. The TrusteeS shall pay or apply the trust net <br />income to or for the Trustors' benefit during the Trustors' lifetime <br />and the lifetime of the survivor of them. <br />Principal Payments. The Trustees shall pay the trust principal to <br />the Trustor or in such amounts and as often as the Trustors <br />demand. It is specifically provided that the Trustor shall have the <br />use, possession and beneficial enjoyment of any home that <br />becomes a part of this trust. In the event of the incapacity of the <br />Trustor, the Trustees may also pay as much of the trust principal to <br />or for the benefit of the Trustor or as the Trustees in their <br />discretion deem necessary for their support, care, comfort and <br />welfare so long as either of the Trustor shall live. <br />A. Remaining Trust Property. Upon the death of the Trustor, the Trustee shall <br />distribute and administer the remaining trust property, after payment of <br />funeral and other expenses as follows: <br />1. Payment of Debts. Upon the death of both of the Trustor, the Trustee <br />shall pay all debts and last illness expenses from this Trust as soon as <br />practicable after Trustors' death. <br />2. Distribution of Personal Items. At the death of the Trustor, the Trustee <br />shall distribute all of the deceased Trustors' tangible personal effects, <br />
