<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />RICHARD D SAALFELD AND RHONDA L SAAFELD, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 14. 1985
<br />and recorded AUGUST 14. 1985 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #85- 003877 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO releasing a Deed of Trust Modification
<br />Agreement dated October 21, 1998 and recorded October 17, 1998 in Doc # 98- 110493; a Deed of Trust
<br />Modification Agreement dated April 23, 2001 and recorded April 30, 2001 in Doc #0200103735; an Extension
<br />Agreement dated April 23, 2001 and recorded April 30, 2001 in Doc #0200103736; a Deed of Trust Modification
<br />Agreement dated June 12, 2002 and recorded June 20, 2002 in Doc # 0200206560; an Extension Agreement dated
<br />June 12, 2002 and recorded June 20, 2002 in Doc # 0200206561; a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated
<br />May 25, 2004 and recorded May 26, 2004 in Doc # 0200405202; an Extension Agreement dated May 25, 2004 and
<br />recorded May 25, 2004 in Doc # 0200405203; an Extension Agreement dated October 12, 2005 and recorded
<br />October 13, 2005 in Doc # 0200510165; an Extension Agreement Dated November 4, 2010 and recorded November
<br />12, 2004 in Doc # 0201008424;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT TWENTY -NINE (29), BLOCK THREE (3), LAKE DAVIS ACRES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
