<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ) 6. 00
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 27, 2012, and Assignment of Rents dated December
<br />27, 2012, executed by Jon M. Myers and Chandra L. Myers; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument
<br />No. 201300017 on the 2 of January, 2013, and entered as Instrument No. 201300018 on the 2nd
<br />of January, 2013, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 30 day of September, 2013.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 30 day of
<br />September, 2013, by Colby R. Collins, Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
