-2- <br />201308064 <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic <br />Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Watermark <br />Financial Partners, Inc., and its successors and assigns to Wells <br />Fargo Bank, N.A., by an Assignment dated August 16, 2006 and <br />recorded on August 24, 2006 at Instrument No. 200607561 in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed <br />of Trust was further assigned to US Bank National Association as <br />Trustee for CWMBS 2006 -R2 by an Assignment and recorded on February <br />7, 2008 at Instrument No. 200800949; as further assigned to U.S. <br />Bank National Association, as Trustee for CWMBS Reperforming Loan <br />Remic Trust Certificates, Series 2006 -R2 by assignment dated June <br />14, 2012 and recorded on June 18, 2012 at Instrument No. 201204871 <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated May 22, 2013 made by <br />U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for CWMBS Reperforming <br />Loan Remic Trust Certificates, Series 2006 -R2, Grantor was <br />substituted as Trustee in place of Old Republic National Title <br />Insurance Company. The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on May <br />28, 2013 at Instrument #201304200 in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment of the following <br />conditions, as specified in the Trust Deed, authorize this <br />conveyance: <br />1.
