EIGENBERG, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE AND NO /100 DOLLARS <br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration, received from GRANTEES, THOMAS E. FAGAN, <br />JAMES R. FAGAN, and GARY D. FAGAN, Trustee of the Gary D. Fagan Irrevocable Trust <br />dated June 22, 2012, conveys to GRANTEES, all of GRANTOR'S undivided one -fourth (1/4) <br />interest in and to the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201): <br />All of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of <br />the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that <br />GRANTOR: <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Roger A.
