<br />Nebraska, a body corporate and politic, herein called the GRANTEE,
<br />whether one or more, the following described property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of that part of Lot Three
<br />(3), Garden Place Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />excepting the northerly Forty (40.0) Feet thereof of said
<br />Lot Three (3), and all of that part of Lot Four (4),
<br />Garden Place Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br />lies west of a line, said line being Forty (40.0) Feet
<br />east of (measured perpendicular to) the west line of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.099 acres,
<br />more or less (4,313 square feet, more or less).
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the GRANTEE and to GRANTEE'S heirs and assigns forever.
