A, successor by conversion of Shelter Financial Bank„ Trustee for the benefit <br />of Shelter Financial Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 21, 2007and recorded <br />December 17, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Inst. 0200710472, <br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed <br />and delivered. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Four (4), lying West of and adjacent to the westerly right of way <br />line of Locust Street, Block Ninety Seven (97), RAILROAD ADDITION in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, together with the vacated southerly Twelve (12.0) Feet of Division Street <br />(Ordinance No. 3713) lying north of and adjacent to said Lot Four (4). <br />which has the address of 204 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801 -6041 ( "Property Address ") <br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to <br />such premises. <br />On this 19th day of September ,2013, before me appeared Urban J.
