Box 160, Grand Island, NE <br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JULIO A <br />DA FIENO AND INES M DA FIENO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE <br />BANK fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated September 26th , 2003 and recorded <br />September 26, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 200312866 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by JULIO A DA FIENO AND INES M DA FIENO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK fka Equitable Federal <br />Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated September 26th, 2003, and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200312866, has <br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
